What is the typical lead time for furniture orders?
Most of our handcrafted pieces are ready to ship within 3 to 5 weeks. For custom upholstery or bespoke finishes, please allow 8 to 12 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer White Glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer White Glove delivery for all large furniture items. This includes professional assembly, placement in your room of choice, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We accept returns on accessories and small decor items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture is final sale.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
At Eye on Design, we prioritize sustainability. Our wood products are FSC-certified, and we partner with artisans who use eco-friendly dyes and recycled textiles whenever possible.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free to ensure the color and texture perfectly complement your home's lighting and existing palette.
Do you provide interior design consultations?
Yes, we offer complimentary 30-minute virtual consultations with our design experts to help you select the perfect pieces for your unique space.
